Physical Education & Health – PHA

The PHA courses are designed to encourage adult learners to:

  • question their attitudes and lifestyle habits
  • focus the development of their knowledge on different aspects of their physical and psychological health
  • increase their motor efficiency by engaging in physical activities suited to their abilities
  • consider action, interaction and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits
  • adopt safe and ethical behaviours
